What are you offering here?

We are offering an organized tailored IT plan (School Plan B) that will ensure any school can continue to operate their educational services remotely. This plan will consist of three main items:

  • Remote classroom attendance management
  • Interactive remote learning system (live video conferencing setup)
  • Build an online learning library

For each item listed about the plan will:

  • Articulate step-by-step instructions on how to operate all the three items list above
  • Setup a solution\tool\software as needed to be ready to execute when needed with the cheapest cost possible
  • Provide contacts of persons that can support the operation as needed

Part of building the plan you will receive 1:1 consultation on best options available for each solution, ways to cut cost and how you can operate successfully.

After receiving the plan you may choose to activate the plan immediately or at a later date.

How much does the FaceGraph school continuity plan cost?

The plan preparation, setup and delivery costs a fixed onetime fee starts from $100 - $1000 depending on the size of the school. You need to submit an application online expressing interest in the plan free of charge so one of our agents conducts a 30 mins discovery call and answer all your questions to get you ready for the plan.

Upon contact and verification and after we have answered all your questions (normally 30 min call) you are required to pay 50% of the plan cost if you agree to go forward with the plan preparation and delivery. The remaining 50% is collected no later than 15 days from the delivery of the plan documents.

When can I activate the plan and use it?

Our team will ensure that you are setup and ready to activate the plan and use it any time you see fit. Some of the schools we worked with have activated the plan immediately and started benefiting from it.

Can you help me with executing and operating the plan or part of it?

Yes. Executing the plan is *Not* part of the standard continuity plan service we provide. However, we have a team of experts that are trained to get the job done for you. Please make sure to bring that request up to our representative in your discovery call.

What if I already have a video conferencing account? Do I still need a plan?

Yes. We take in account if you already have any existing solutions or accounts setup. Our team will ensure that you can reuse what you already have, provide recommendations on how to optimize cost and recommend solutions to bridge any technological gap you may have to reach an acceptable operational state for your school remotely.

Do I need to be technical to get this plan requested and setup?

No. This is our job. Our team is responsible for being able to articulate what needs to be done and get the plan implemented without the need of any technical expertise. We have a staff of technical engineers in our back office that will help provide any technical support needed.

Should school owners request this?

Yes. School owners, school administrators can request this service as long as they are authorized to perform and represent the school in a legal capacity.

So I Need to be present in-person to get the plan created and implemented?

No. Our customer safety is our utmost concern. We understand that many states and municipalities have imposed shelter-in-place orders and restricted transit to help curb the spread of the coronavirus (COVID19). We have equipped our remote employees and volunteers with the tools and software they need to be able to perform their job remotely. No in-person interaction is required nor recommended.

Do I need this plan only during the Coronavirus (covid19) outbreak?

No. We think every school in the world should have a continuity plan in-place ready to be used whenever any disruption happens to their business that might prevent them from operation. This is called a business continuity plan (BCP) and commonly planned by large enterprises to facilitate operation in unusual situations. Schools are not immune nor less important than large enterprises. Schools should have a ready to execute backup plan so they can restore operation in cases of lockdown and crisis similar to the current COVID19.

Moreover, parts of this plan, is building a library of online material that can be later used for education in times of regular operation or in times of crisis.

I don’t have a Website for my school, can you help?

Yes. Building websites is *Not* part of the standard continuity plan we provide. However, we have a team of experts that are trained to get the job done for you. Please make sure to bring that request up to our representative in your discovery call.

I have an existing website and would like to use it, can you update it for me?

Yes. Updating existing website content is *Not* part of the standard continuity plan we provide. However, we have a team of experts that are trained to get the job done for you. Please make sure to bring that request up to our representative in your discovery call.

I’m a very small home day care, Can I still apply for the plan?

Yes. We work with any school size. Our goal is to enable every education institute in the world to continue delivering their good quality education remotely as efficiently as possible no matter how big or small they are.

Can you offer a solution for providing remote assignments?

Yes. We can recommend and help setup solutions for handling assignments distribution online remotely and assignment grading …etc.

What age group or school level do you support?

We support all levels of education. Kindergarten, preschools, nurseries grades 1-12 and universities.

I don’t have a computer at school, can I still apply?

Yes. After we have created the continuity plan for you and setup your accounts, you will be able to do most of the remote functions from your phone or tablet.

Do you provide hardware for the continuity plan?

No. However, part of the 1:1 consultation time we provide to schools we are happy to recommend specific hardware (optional) for these schools that want to have an advanced setup.

What do I need to do to get the a continuity plan for my school?

You will need to submit a request through the methods described in our website. You will need to have an internet connection and a phone to receive the discovery call, then the consultation call. If you reside in the United States, we can arrange for a regular phone call however we strongly recommend an internet conference.

Which countries do you support today?

We currently support schools from everywhere in the world that have access to the internet. Our staff can speak: English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic. We are working on adding support for more languages soon.

I already have videos that I would like to publish to my students and parents. Can you help?

Yes. This is part of the standard continuity plan. Our staff will send you instructions on how to upload videos to the video library that we will be creating for your school. Please make sure to mention that in the discovery and consultation calls.

What languages do your representatives speak?

English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic. We are working on adding support for more languages soon.

Is there a recurring fee for getting the continuity plan?

No. This isn’t a recurring fee that you need to subscribe to. The plan has only a onetime fee.

Can you provide technical support to my teachers, students & parents if I activate my plan and start using it?
